Sheela Murthy returned to her old stomping grounds on the Harvard Law School campus April 7-9, 2017, for a reunion of members of the classes of 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, and 2012. The largest reunion in the law school’s history, classmates reconnected to reminisce, network, and discuss current topics on their minds.
Murthy served on a panel whose topic was immigration and entrepreneurship. Having hung her shingle in 1994, both literally and virtually, Sheela’s experience qualifies her to mentor young attorneys interested in the field of U.S. immigration law. Harvard Law School is a perfect setting for her to tell her own immigrant story and share her wisdom with a new generation of lawyers.
